Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Typically, it takes about 15-25 working days to create your cosplay costume. After that, it will take approximately 3-20 working days for the package to reach your mailing address from our warehouse. So, you can expect to receive your costume within 18-45 working days.

We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Airmail. Once we have the tracking number, we will update our order system, and you will receive an email notification. We offer worldwide shipping for all costumes on our site. However, for some accessories and special offers, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
